Shipping can take anywhere from 7-14 days however due to the delays with on going issues around the world it may take up to 14-21 days. Worse case scenario, If a customer does not receive their item within 30 days a full refund will be issued and you will be able to keep your item for free !
Do you provide tracking ?
Yes, all of our items on our store have tracking included. Once your order has been dispatched you will be sent you tracking number and a link where you can track your order.
What do I do if I want a refund?
If there is something wrong with your item and it matches our refund policy then please contact us using our contact page form and we will get back to you within 24 hours. Alternatively send us a message on any of our social media profiles listed below at the bottom.
Are all my details safe?
All our customers details our safe with us. We do not hold any card or payment information as we use payment providers such as Stripe and PayPal who handle that side. The only information we hold for a certain period is your address and name which we use when shipping your order out to you. More information can be found on our policies.
